I wrote this tutorial on November 18, 2010 and it comes from my own creativity. This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.  It is meant to be used as a guide and changes can be made by you as desired.
To do this tutorial you will need Paint Shop Pro. I wrote this with Paint Shop Pro IX, but the steps can be done in any version. You may download a free trial at Corel.  Remember to save as a psp file often!

You will need

Tube of choice.  I used Keith Garvey's gorgeous Thanksgiving girls available at My PSP Art and
you must have a license to use it

Fonts of choice.  I used Impact and Montelago

Plugins:  Two Moons and Photo Effex

Open mask and tube and minimize for now

Open frame 3 from the kit, shift D to duplicate and close out the original tube
Image, Canvas size, 600 X 600 pixels

With magic wand select in center of frame, selections modify, expand by 2. 
Open paper 6 from kit, resize to 600 X 600 pixels, Copy, Paste as a new layer.  Selections, Invert, Delete.
Do not deselect.  Drag paper layer below frame layer.  Copy main tube, paste as a new layer, delete.
Deselect.

Add a new layer.  Flood fill with white,  Drag to bottom of layer pallette

In the materials palette make the background color #d4b38a
and the foreground color #56a4ca  Change the foreground to gradient at these settings

Open a new image 600 X 600 pixels.  Flood fill with gradient.  Copy paste as a new layer above white background layer.

Layers, New Mask  Layer, From Image, find Monti's Circle Mask in the dropdown
and apply, invert mask data NOT checked.  Mask, delete, merge group

Effects, Plugins, Two Moons, Venitian Builder at these settings

Effects, Photo Effex, Scanlines at these settings

Repeat scanlines one more time at same settings.

Effects, Drop Shadow on the frame layer and tube layer as below

Make the words Give Thanks as follows

Preset Shapes, Ellipse, Foreground white, background null at these settings

It will look something like this

Using Impact font at 48 run over the inscribed line till you see the crosshair_A _with bracket beneath.

Type the words Give Thanks with a space between each letter and 2 extra spaces between the words.

Make extra spaces at the beginning of the type to help with placement. 
When you're happy with the placement click Ok

Click on vector layer in layer palette, close out the circle line, change layer to raster

In the material palette foreground #56a4ca and background #613311 make gradient the same as above but with 3 repeats. 

Select each letter holding the shift key down and flood fill each letter with the gradient.  Keep selected

Selections, Modify, Expand by 3. flood fill each letter with white.

Drag white layer below coloured layer.

Choose elements from the kit you wish to accessorize with.  Resize as needed (15%)
Copy, paste as a new layer. drop shadow as above.  Arrange as desired

Add name

Layers, merge visible.  Image, resize to 500 X 500 pixels.

Add copyright information

Hide the white background layer,  Save as a png image
