Sweet Sexy Witch

I wrote this tutorial on August 8, 2010 and it comes from my own creativity. Any resemblance to another tutorial is a coincidence and certainly unintended.   I claim the copyright to my tutorial. You are free to do whatever you please with what you make, but please do not take my tutorial without my permission. Do not send the tutorial through email or groups. Only share my link.

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro, meaning a basic knowledge of where the tools and palettes are located and how to use them with direction. It is meant to be used as a guide and changes can be made by you as desired.

To do this tutorial you will need Paint Shop Pro. I wrote this with Paint Shop Pro IX, but the steps can be done in any version. You may download a free trial at Corel.  This is an easy to make tag
Remember to save as a psp file often!
