This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro, meaning a basic knowledge of where the tools and palettes are located and how to use them with direction. It is meant to be used as a guide and changes can be made by you as desired.

To do this tutorial you will need Paint Shop Pro. I wrote this with Paint Shop Pro IX, but the steps can be done in any version. You may download a free trial at Corel. This is an easy to make tag
Remember to save as a psp file often!

You will need:

One tube of choice. I am using a tube by Gary Rudisill. It may be purchased at Dreamscape Imaging here
and you must have a license to use it

Gorgeous scrap kit "BCA 2009" by Bluey at Bluedream Designs

Font of Choice (I used Vivaldi)

Open a new image size 650 pixels by 650 pixels, flood fill with white

Add a new raster layer, flood fill with color #eaefff

Layers, new mask layer from image, find mask Insatiable Dreams Mask 18 in the dropdown and apply,
Source Luminance Selected, Invert Mask Data not checked
Layer, delete, yes to the question and apply. Delete Mask Layer, merge group

Open frame 2 from kit, copy, paste as a new layer. Resize this layer to 500 by 500 pixels

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow as below.

With your selection tool set on circle make a selection that covers the frame all around (this doesn't have to be perfect as long as it is between the inner and outer frame images. Copy paper 3, paste as a new layer, selections invert, selections delete. Drag this layer below frame layer.

Open pearls from kit, copy, paste as a new layer to upper left as shown, Drag to bottom. Duplicate this layer, image mirror, image flip. Drop shadow on each layer as above.

Open flower 1, image resize, resize by 80 percent then by 90 percent, copy, paste as a new layer, image, rotate, free rotate, left by 30. place on left side as shown. Layer Duplicate, image mirror, image, flip. Drop shadow on each layer as above.

Open Label 1, resize by 90 percent, copy, paste as a new layer, image, rotate, free rotate, left by 30. place on left side as shown. Drop Shadow

Open Clip 1, resize by 90 percent, copy, paste as a new layer, image, rotate, free rotate, left by 30. place on left side as shown. Drop Shadow

Open tube, copy, paste as a new layer, drop shadow

Copy satin bow 3, paste as a new layer as shown, drop shadow

Image, Resize, resize all layers to 550 X 550 pixels
