This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro, meaning a basic knowledge of where the tools and palettes are located and how to use them with direction. It is meant to be used as a guide and changes can be made by you as desired.

To do this tutorial you will need Paint Shop Pro. I wrote this with Paint Shop Pro IX, but the steps can be done in any version. You may download a free trial at Corel.  This is an easy to make tag using a mini kit made by me

Remember to save as a psp file often!

You will need:

Open slats from scrap kit, shift D to duplicate, close out original.  Click inside image with magic wand, selections, invert, selections, float, selections defloat, selections, modify, expand by 10, add a new raster layer, flood fill with color #4db8e4.  Drag to bottom of layer palette.  Effects 3D effects, drop shadow as follows

Hide slats layer.  Copy floor, paste as a new layer.  Click on deformation, deform tool.  Hold down the shift and ctrl key at the same time and pull bottom left corner 5 squares to left.  Do the same to right side.  Drag to bottom.  Use move tool to move down as shown

 Image resize all layers to 600 X 600 pixels.

Copy Bistro, paste as a new layer,  Image resize this layer by 80 percent 2 times.  Move into place as shown.  Drop shadow as before

Copy dbk-nicoleCU3, paste as a new layer,  Image resize this layer by 80 percent 2 times.  Move into place as shown.  Drop shadow as before

Add a new layer, drag to bottom, flood fill with white.  Add a new layer above this layer, flood fill with color #eb3d6a,  Layers, New Mask Layer from image, find the monti's blindsmask 1 in the drop down and apply with invert mask data checked.  Mask delete, Merge group

Make sign of choice or copy mine.  Paste as a new layer.  Resize by  80 percent.  Move into place as shown

Open bow of choice.  Resize by 20 percent.  Paste to right upper sign corner.  Layer, Duplicate. Mirror, paste to left bottom corner of sign.

Add name in color of choice.  Select inside each letter with magic wand, Selections, Expand, expand by 2.  Add a new layer below name.  Paint black

Resize if desired.

Add copyright information

That's it!  We're done.
