This tutorial was written for those who

have a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies needed:

PSP 12 (any version will work)

Tube of choice. I am using the fantastic artwork of Barbara Jensen.

Free scrap kit “Berry Blush" by Clarey (included in the supplies)  Thank you Clarey!

Let's Begin

Open a new transparent image 600 X 600 pixels. We will resize later

Open 10_template_decoupe_papier_bydigiscrap_ch (3), resize to 450 x 450
Open 10_template_decoupe_papier_bydigiscrap_ch (2),  resize  to 350 X 350

Paint the two smaller templates with a color matching your tube (I used paint #9f1c1c) 
Choose two complimentary papers from your scrap kit.  Colorize if needed.  I chose to colorize mine  -
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize  Hue 255  Saturation 158 (I used papers 5 and 9)
Open the first of the larger templates, touch in center with magic wand to select, copy paper you want to use and paste
as a new layer, Selections, Invert - hit delete on the keyboard
Do the same with second template and paper

Arrange as shown on my tag

X out first background layer.  Layers, merge, merge visible.   Drop Shadow 0, 0 ,40, 0

Select all.  Copy tube and paste as a new layer.  Selections - invert - Selections - float - Selections Defloat
With eraser tool erase selected bit at bottom

Open ribbon, colorize if needed, copy, paste as a new layer, drag below tube layer, drop shadow as before

Open bow 1, copy, paste as a new layer.  Resize by 50 percent.  Colorize if needed.  Drop shadow as before

Open notepaper and pin,  resize by 50 percent then by 80 percent.  With
black, font Crawford at 14 type message on notepaper.  Layers, merge, merge visible.
Image, rotate,  free rotate,  left 18

Open flowers - resize by 50 percent.  Copy and paste as a new layer.  See my tag for placement.  Drop Shadow

Add name in Crawford 72 - stroke black fill #9f1c1c

Add copyright layer

Merge visible, resize to 500x500 save as png

Add tube copyright
