This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed:
PSP 12 (any version will work) Tube of choice. I am using the fantastic artwork of Jamie Kidd. You can purchase her work at CILM here caro_mask10 (included in supplies) Free scrap kit “Summer Fresh” from Josy at Magical Creations HERE. Josy has given permission for the kit to be added to the supply package for this tutorial. (see below) Thanks Josy! bow of choice diamond starani if desired (supplied) Font of choice (I used AugustaSchnurkl, a pay font I can't supply.)

Open tube and mask and minimize them for now. Open scrap kit.
Open a transparent image 700 x 700 pixels and flood fill with white
Choose a lighter colored paper from your kit, open on your desk top. In your materials pattern choose pattern and browse to find the paper you chose, new raster layer, flood fill with pattern. I used paper 2
Layers, new mask layer from image, find the caro_mask10 and apply. Layer, delete, yes to the question. And merge group
Open LJD_Frame Cluster 9 from the scrap kit, copy and paste as a new image. Image, rotate, free rotate, right by 90. Push up toward top of tag. Apply a light drop shadow. I used 1,1,40,7.
Selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat, selections, modify, expand by 1. New raster layer. Load second darker pattern from your kit (I used paper 9) into your materials browser. Flood fill frames with pattern. Select none. Drop shadow as before.
Open doodle of choice. I used doodle 6. Copy, paste as a new layer, move to bottom right of frame, drag beneath frame. Duplicate this layer and flip. Move to top left corner. Arrange as you like them. Drop shadow on each layer as before. Drag below frame layer.
Select inside each section of the frame with magic wand. Selections, Modify, expand by 10. Choose another paper from the kit (I used paper 6) Copy, paste as a new layer. Selections, invert, hit delete. Drag this layer below the frame layer, drop shadow as before.
Select eyelets from the scrap kit. Copy, paste blue one to your desktop. Resize by 80 percent two times. Image, rotate, free rotate by 90. Copy and paste as a new layer 4 times (see tag for placement) as though joining tag together. X out all layers except these 4, layers merge visible. Drop shadow as before.
Open your face tube. Copy and paste as a new layer on your desk top. Image mirror. Resize by 80 two times. Select the left frame with your magic wand. Selections, modify, expand by 2. Copy, paste tube as new layer, selections invert, hit delete. Drag below frame layer. Drop Shadow same settings as before.
Open Image 2, Select the top right frame with your magic wand. Selections, modify, expand by 2. Copy, paste tube as new layer, selections invert, with your eraser tool carefully erase all parts of the tube not inside frame. I left some hair on the right side past the frame. See tag
Do the same thing with image 1 in the lower right frame. Drag below frame layer.
Drop shadow as before on all tube layers.
Choose flower eyelet 1 and flower eyelet 2 from the scrap kit. Resize both by 80 percent Copy, paste as shown in my tag. Drop shadow as before. Copy, paste diamond in center of each flower
Resize 2 butterflies, copy, paste each as a new layer. Drop shadow
Resize bow of choice, copy, paste as new layer, rotating as needed.
Image Resize all layers to 500 x 500 pixels or size of choice
Choose a dark blue from the kit as foreground color and background color. Add name, rotate slightly as shown, drop shadow 1,1,40,1
Add copyright layer.
Save tag as a jpg. If no animation is required you’re done. Thank you for trying my tut
Animation
Open your jpg tag in PSP Animation Shop
Open starani
Duplicate tag until there are 7 frames
Click on starani, Edit, Select All, Edit copy
Click on tag. Edit, Select all, Edit, Paste into selected frame
Add as many of these starlines as you would like. Remember to select Animation, rotate, rotate by 90 for horizontal lines
Save tag as a gif animation file.
