BEGUILING GARV GIRL   

 

 

 

This tutorial was written for those who

have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.

It was written by me on November 20, 2008 and comes from my own creativity.

Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence

 

Supplies needed:

 

PSP X2 (any version will work)

Tube of choice.  I am using the fantastic artwork of

Keith Garvey.  You can purchase his work at MPT here

Mask Monti's Blinds 1 mask.  Download it here

FTU scrap kit “Willow Hall” from Brenda at

CuddleBeez Scraps.  You can download it here. 

Frame - free to use  (supplied)

Font of choice (I used Zinco - download here

Open tube and mask and minimize them for now.  Open scrap kit.

 

Open a new image 600 pixels wide by 600 pixels high.  We will resize later. 

Flood fill with white.

 

Choose a paper from the scrap kit. (I used paper Paper 13).  Resize to 600 X 600 pixels, copy, paste as a new layer.

 

Layers, new mask layer from image, find monti's blindsmask 1 and apply.  Layer, delete, yes to the question.  Merge group. 

 

Open 2nd paper of choice from the kit (I used paper 5), resize to 600 X 600 pixels, copy, paste as a new layer.

 

Layers, new mask layer from image, find monti's blindsmask 1 and apply.  Layer, delete, yes to the question.  Merge group. 

 

Image, Rotate, free rotate, left 90 (this layer only)

 

Copy frame, paste as a new layer.  Resize frame to 500 X 500 pixels.  Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize 96, 35.

 

X out Layer One.  (White Layer)

 

With magic wand select inside frame.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 32, add a new layer, flood fill selected area with white.  Drag this layer to the bottom

 

    Open the main tube.  Copy, paste as a new layer.  See my tag for placement, Drop Shadow 0, 0, 40, 7.

 

Open bow of choice from kit. Copy, paste as a new layer to left side of frame. (see mine).  Resize by 80 percent 4 times. Drop shadow as before.

 

Choose bits and pieces from th kit to accessorize the tag.  Resize each, copy, paste as a new layer,  Drop shadow each layer as before.

 

Add words bewitching, beautiful, beguiling if desired, stroke and fill both 3d4c45

 

Add name at bottom (see mine),  white stroke, width 1, fill 3d4c45

 

Image Resize all layers to 500 X 500 pixels or size of choice

 

Add copyright layer. 

 

 Save tag as a png
