This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on February 3, 2010 and comes from my own creativity.  It is meant to be
used as a guide and you may make make changes to it as you desire to make a tag
that is uniquely yours.  I retain the copyright to the tutorial but any tag you make is your own,
and you can do with it as you wish.   Any resemblance to another tutorial is a coincidence and
certainly unintended

You'll need:

PSP 9 (any version will work)
 Gorgeous Tube by Christine Kotlark.  You must have a license to use her art.  You can purchase

Mask of Choice

Okay, let's get started

Open tube and mask and minimize for now. 

Open new image 600 X 600 pixels.  Flood fill with white

Open paper 5 from the kit.  Resize to 600 X 600 pixels, copy, paste as a new layer

Layers, new mask layer from image, find your mask in the dropdown
 and apply, Source Luminance Selected, Invert Mask Data not checked 
Layer, delete, yes to the question and apply. Delete Mask Layer, merge group

Open dream decor 12 (net).  Resize by 80 percent. copy, paste as a new layer.

Open frame 6.  Reduce to 500 X 497 pixels.  Copy, paste as a new layer.  Resize paper 2 to 600 X 600 pixels,

copy, paste as a new layer, Selections, invert, delete key on keyboard.  Drag below frame layer

Select inside frame with magic wand.  Selections, modify, expand by 2.  Copy close-up tube, paste as
a new layer.  Move to lower part of frame (see my tag for placement), Selections, Invert, float, Defloat. 

With the eraser tool erase the  on the right )the bottom part of tube.  Deselect.

Drag below frame layer.

Add a drop shadow on frame layer - Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow,
vertical and horizontal 2, Opacity 35, Blur 5, color black

Apply same drop shadow on tube frame layer.  This same drop shadow will be used throughout tutorial.

Open ribbon 19.  Resize by 80 percent.  Copy, paste to left side of frame as shown with
stars in hair.

Open leaf spray 11.  Using the freehand selection tool the 2 left sprays of leaves, copy. paste

as a new layer.  Select just the end spray this time copy, paste as a new layer.  Drag below ribbon.

Open flowers 4 and 5.  Resize both by 50 percent.  Copy, paste on left upper on top of leaves and

leave a bit of the leaves showing at each end

Open dream decor 25, resize by 80 percent, copy, pate to right lower (see mine)

Open dream decor 24, resize by 80 percent, copy, pate to right lower (see mine)

Open dream decor 10.  Resize by 80 percent 4 times.  Adjust sharpness, Sharpen.

copy, pate to right lower (see mine)

With text tool and colors of choice write desired message on paper behind frame

Add name if desired to bottom left (see mine)

Resize tag if desired

Add copyright layer

Layers, merge visible. 

File, Export as a jpg, name of choice.
