This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on November 30, 2009 and comes from my own creativity.  It is meant to be
only a guide and you may make make changes, add to it or subtract from it to make a tag
that is uniquely yours.  While I retain the copyright to the tutorial, any tag you make is your own,
and you can do with it as you wish.   Any resemblance to another tutorial is a coincidence and
certainly unintended

Supplies needed:

PSP 9 (any version will work)
 Gorgeous Tube by Keith Garvey.  You must have a license to use his art.  You can purchase
his art and permission to use it Here
Scrap kit of choice - I used Friendshipkit by Sylvie and Sanie " by FantasymomentsScraps and more and Creation by Sanie. You can download the Kit here

Font of  choice.  I used Script

Open the template in Paint Shop Pro.  Shift and small d to duplicate and delete the original.  We will work on the copy.
Open mask and tube and minimize for now

Image, Resize, All Layers to 600 X600 pixels

R click on Raster 1 in the layer palette and delete.  Add a new layer, flood fill with white, drag to bottom

X out all layers in the layer palette except the white back ground layer and choose your oil brush tool 

at these settings

Choose 2 papers from the kit - I used papers 26 and 30.  Paint randomly on white background using the 2 colors
of paper.  Open the tube you are using and add a color from it as well.  Mine looks something like this

Adjust, Blur, Gaussian Blur at 50

Layers, new mask layer from image, find Monti's Blindsmask 1 in the dropdown
 and apply, Source Luminance Selected, Invert Mask Data not checked 
Layer, delete, yes to the question and apply. Delete Mask Layer, merge group

Open Raster 6 in the Layer Palette.  I left this layer as it was.

Select Raster 5 with magic wand.  Copy paper of  choice and paste as a new layer.  Selections,
Invert, Delete.  Delete Raster 5 in the layer palette

Select Raster 3 with magic wand.  Copy second paper of  choice and paste as a new layer.  Selections,
Invert, Delete.  Delete Raster 3 in the layer palette

Select Raster 4, flood fill with white or color of your choice.

Open remainder of layers.  Delete template makers layer.

Add a drop shadow to each layer.

Add tube, resizing if necessary.  Drop Shadow

Resize bow and add to candycane

Add name

Resize all layers to 500 X 500 pixels.  Layers, Merge visible.  Adjust Sharpness, Sharpen

Add all copyright information
