This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on July 24, 2009 and comes from my own creativity.  It is meant to be
simply a guide and you are free to make changes, add to it or subtract from it to make a tag
that is uniquely yours.  While I retain the copyright to the tutorial, any tag you make is your own,
and you can do with it as you wish.
Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence

Supplies needed:

PSP 9 (any version will work)
 Gorgeous Tubes (3 or 4) by Keith Garvey.  You can purchase his art and permission to use Here
Cherished Scrap Kit by Cinnamon Scraps Here
Monti's Blindsmask 1  Here
Font of  choice.  I used Edwardian
 

Open scrap kit.  Open CS Cherished frame 1.  Duplicate and delete original.
Image, Canvas Size 700 X 700 pixels.  We will resize later
 

Open CS Cherished Frame 5.  Image, Mirror.  Copy, paste as a new layer
Drag below Raster 1.

Add a new layer, drag to the bottom of the layer palette.  Flood fill with white

Click on Raster 2.  Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow as follows
 

Click on Raster 1.  Drop Shadow as above

With the magic wand click in the center of Raster 2.  Be sure to select all areas

Selections, Modify, Expand by 7.  Copy paper 10, paste as a new layer.
Selections, Invert, hit del on keyboard.  Drag paper layer below frame layer in layer palette.

With the selection tool set on rectangle, press down shift key and at the same time make
selections around each of the three frames of Raster 1.  Selections, Modify, Expand,
expand by 5.  Copy, paste paper 9 as a new layer.  Selections, Invert,
Selections, Delete

Image, Resize all layers to 600 X 600 pixels

Select top rectangle of frame in Raster 1 with the selection too.  It's okay
if your selection is a little larger than needed.  Copy first tube,  move
with the mover tool till the head of the tube is framed by the selection, Selection,
Invert, Selection, Delete.  Drag tube below frame layer in layer palette

Repeat in middle and  lower rectangles of Raster 1

Open main tube, copy, paste as a new layer.  Move as desired.  Drop Shadow as before.

Open bearded charm 1, resize by 50 percent, copy, paste as a new layer as shown.
Image, Rotate, free rotate left by 24 percent.

Resize, all layers to 500 X 500 pixels.

Add name using font of choice

Select Raster 3 (white background) in the layer palette).  Copy, paste
paper 7 as a new layer above background.

Layers, new mask layer from image, find Monti's Blindsmask 1 in the dropdown
 and apply, Source Luminance Selected, Invert Mask Data not checked 
Layer, delete, yes to the question and apply. Delete Mask Layer, merge group

Add copyright information

X out white background layer.

Save as a png image.

That's it!  You're Done
