This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on July 26, 2009 and comes from my own creativity.  It is meant to be
simply a guide and you are free to make changes, add to it or subtract from it to make a tag
that is uniquely yours.  While I retain the copyright to the tutorial, any tag you make is your own,
and you can do with it as you wish.
Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence

Supplies needed:

PSP 9 (any version will work)

Font of  choice.  I used Metal Up Your Ear Here

The first thing I did to make this tag was to resize all the papers and elements
of the kit to "tagger" size.  The papers I resized to 600 X 600 pixels, and the elements to 20
percent, except for the ribbons, which I sized at 700 pixels wide.

Now, on with the tag!

Open tagger template by Beth, Resize to 700 X 659 pixels.  We will resize later.

X out copyright layer

Select Rectangle 1 with the magic wand, flood fill with color #854344.  Repeat for
Rectangle 2

Select Rectangle 3 with magic wand, flood fill with color #444b75.  Repeat
for Rectangle 4.

Select Rectangle 1 in the layer palette, add a new Raster layer, drag below Rectangle . 
Flood fill with white (background)

Select circle 1, flood fill with color #854344.  Effects, Plugins, Penta, Jeans amount 62, border size 4
Leave dotted lines layer white

Select Circle 2.  Duplicate 2 times. (3 layers total)  X out the top 2 layers and select the
bottom layer, flood fill with color #a95153.  Hide this layer and unhide the layer above it.

Flood fill with color #bd7779.   Hide this layer and unhide the layer above it.

Flood fill with color #ce9e9f

Select Rectangle 5.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 1, flood fill with color #444b75
Effects, Plugins, Penta, Dot and Cross as follows
 

Select Rectangle 6.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 1.  Open country charm paper 2.
Copy, paste as a new layer, Selections, Invert, Delete

Select Ribbon, flood fill with color  #444b75, leave dotted lines white

Open Country Charm Ribbon, Resize to 600 X 112. Copy, paste as a new layer as shown.
Crop out excess.

Select large heart, copy country charm paper 1, paste as a new layer, selections, invert, delete

Select small heart, flood fill with color #444b75.  Effects, Texture Effects, Weave as follows
 

Open country charm butterfly, Resize by 80 percent twice.  Image, Mirror,
Copy, paste as a new layer as shown

Open country charm star pendant, copy, paste as a new layer as shown.

Open country charm flowers 5 and 6.  Resize each by 60 percent.
Copy, paste as a new layer as shown

Add name, stroke white, fill color #444b75, stroke width

Crop out excess white space.  Resize all layers to approx 550 X 465 pixels (depending on
exact amount of white space deleted)

Select Raster 1 (background layer), copy paper 1, paste as a new layer

Layers, new mask layer from image, find mask in the dropdown
 and apply, Source Luminance Selected, Invert Mask Data not checked 
Layer, delete, yes to the question and apply. Delete Mask Layer, merge group

Open country charm bow 1, resize by 60 percent, copy, paste as a new layer as shown

Add copyright layer

Animation

Hide copy of circle 2, and copy 2 of circle 2, Edit, Copy, merged, in animation shop,
paste as a new frame

Back to paint shop, hide circle 2, and unhide copy of layer 2, Edit, Copy, merged, in animation shop,
paste after current frame

Back to paint shop, hide circle 2 and copy of circle 2, Edit, Copy, merged, in animation shop,
paste after current frame

Edit, Select all frames in animation shop, Animation, Frame Properties, change to 18

Save as a gif file

That's it!  You're Done
