This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on July 24, 2009 and comes from my own creativity.  It is meant to be
simply a guide and you are free to make changes, add to it or subtract from it to make a tag
that is uniquely yours.  While I retain the copyright to the tutorial, any tag you make is your own,
and you can do with it as you wish.
Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence

 

Supplies needed:

PSP 9 (any version will work)

 Gorgeous Tubes (3 or 4) by Elias Chatzoudis.  You can purchase his tubes
and a license to use them Here

Cutiepatootie scrap kit by Mirella at Scrapity Scrap and More

WS_Mask 17 by Chelle Here

Font of Choice (I used Impact)

 

Open new image 600 X 600 pixels.  Flood fill with white
Open cutiepatootie paper 6.  Duplicate and delete the original

Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colorize Hue 142 Saturation 130
Copy, paste as a new layer

Layers, new mask layer from image, find mask in the dropdown
 and apply, Source Luminance Selected, Invert Mask Data not checked 
Layer, delete, yes to the question and apply. Delete Mask Layer, merge group

Open cutiepatootie papers 4, 6, and 3.  Resize each of them to
375 pixels X 375 pixels

Copy paper 4, paste as a new layer.  Image, Rotate, right by 22.

Copy paper 6, paste as a new layer.  Image, Rotate, left by 22.

Copy paper 23, paste as a new layer.

Open curled ribbon 3.  Resize by 75 percent.
Copy, paste as a new layer.  Move to right as shown

Open mushroom, resize by 60 percent, then by 80 percent,  copy and paste
as a new layer as shown

Open birdhouse.  Resize by 60 percent twice, copy and paste as a new layer

Open bow 4.  Resize by 50 percent twice, then by 80 percent.  Copy, paste
as a new layer at top of bird house pole

Open bowdot 1,  Resize by 50 percent and then by 80 percent
Copy, paste as a new layer

With stroke white and width 2 pixels, and fill color #459dc6
write the words Summer Fun at bottom of tube

Resize to 500 X 500 pixels

Add copyright information

X out white background layer.

Save as a png image.

That's it!  You're Done
