Somebunny Loves You

This tutorial was written for those who
have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on March 30, 2009 and comes from my own creativity.
Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence
 

Supplies needed:

PSP 9 (any version will work)

Tube of choice.   I am using the wonderful artwork of Mittens
General Permission Artist (supplied)

"Spring Time" free to use scrap kit by Bits'N'Bobs
   Get it Here

EBD Mask52 by Rachel at Enchanted by Darkness here (supplied)

Fonts of choice

Supplies:  Here
 

Open mask, minimize for now

Open a new image 600 X 600 pixels.  Flood fill with white

Copy paper 6 from the kit, and paste as a new layer

Layer, New, Mask Layer from image.   Find the EBD Mask 52 with Mask and apply with
invert mask data not checked.  Layer, delete, yes to the question. And merge group

On color palette fill foreground with color #fee1f1 and background nil

To make frame click on preset shapes Rectangle at following settings

Note:  To make your frame exactly the same size as mine we'll use coordinates. 
If you are not familiar with using coordinates they are not difficult at all.  Here's how. 
Move your preset shape tool (or required tool) slowly back and forth and up and down on your canvas
without clicking it.  If you look in the bottom right hand corner of your PSP program you will see
 a set of numbers changing as you move your tool around.  Those numbers are coordinates.
Line up your preset selection tool at the first set of coordinates given in the directions,
then click then drag down and to the right till you find your second set of coordinates.  Release to finish.

Set your rectangle preset beginning at coordinates (60, 60) drag down and to the right to (540, 540).  Layer, Convert to Raster Layer. 

Select frame with the magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 1, copy paper 4, paste as a new layer
Selections Invert, Hit Del on keyboard

X out all layers except the 2 frame layers, Layers, Merge, merge visible

Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel at these settings

Select main tube with the freehand selection tool, copy, paste as a new layer

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow as follows

Image, Canvas Size, Resize

Flood fill background layer with white

Open bow bunny 2, Resize by 80 percent, copy, paste as a new layer
Image Rotate, Free Rotate, Left by 28.  Move to top left corner of frame as shown.
Drop Shadow as before

Copy egg, paste as a new layer as shown.  In the layer palette drag below bow and main layers
Drop shadow as before

Open charm, resize by 80 percent, paste as a new layer to left frame.
Drag below bow layer.  Drop Shadow

Resize flowers by 50 percent.  Copy feather of choice to top right corner then
arrange flowers as shown.  No drop shadow on feather.  Drop shadow as follows on
each flower layer

With selected font and color #fdfbdd, settings as follows

Write the message "Somebunny Loves You" on the Egg
Drop shadow as on flowers

With stroke color #7a6386 and fill color #fdfbdd add name as shown

X out bottom background layer on layer palette

Image, Resize, Resize all layers to 525 X 525 pixels

Add copyright

Layers, Merge, Merge Visible

Save as a png file

That's it!  You're done
