FEELING TRUE
This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP.
It was written by me on July 30, 2008, and any similarity to an already published tutorial is strictly coincidental
Supplies needed:
PSP 12 (any version will work) 2 Tubes of choice by same artist. I am using the fantastic artwork of Keith Garvey. You can purchase his work at MPT here Free to Use Mask Sharlimar 3 (included in supplies) Scrap kit “Feeling True” from Kaylek at Sophisticated Scraps. Be sure to visit her blog here. the kit can be purchased here Double heart frame by Melisa at Melisa's Scraps here Font of choice (I used Copperplate Gothic)

Open tube and mask and minimize them for now. Open scrap kit.
Open a transparent image 700 x 500 pixels and flood fill with white
Choose a paper from your kit, resize to 700 X 700 pixels, copy and paste as a new layer. (I used paper 15)
Layers, new mask layer from image, find the Sharlimar 3 mask and apply. Layer, delete, yes to the question. And merge group
Open Melisa's Double Heart Frame, resize to 600 X 427 pixels. Copy and paste as a new image. (see my tag for placement) Apply a light drop shadow. Effects, 3D Effects Drop Shadow with these settings
Vertical 0 Horizontal 0 Opacity 40 Blur 8 Color Black
Select inside both sides of the heart frame with magic wand. Selections, Modify, expand by 12. Choose another paper (I used paper 13) Resize to 700 X 700 pixels, copy, paste as a new layer. Selections, invert, select none. Hit Del on keyboard. Drag this layer beneath the frame layer in the layer palette.
Be sure raster 3 is selected in layer palette. With magic wand, select inside first heart frame. Copy and paste your first tube of choice. Resize and mirror if necessary. Selections, Invert, Selections Float, Selections, Defloat. Now with your eraser tool (any size will do) erase the portion of the tube that covers the bottom of the heart. Leave the hair as it is. Select none. Drop Shadow, same settings as before.
Be sure raster 3 is selected in layer palette. With magic wand, select inside second heart frame. Copy and paste your second tube of choice. Resize and mirror if necessary. Select none. Drop Shadow, same settings as before.
Open song bird tree. Resize by 80 percent two times. Copy, Paste as a new layer. See my tag for placement. Drop shadow as before.
Open little birdie. Resize by 50 percent 3 times. Copy, paste as a new layer 3 times. Arrange as you like, rotating or mirroring as desired.
Open song bird. Resize by 50 percent 3 times. Copy, paste as a new layer 3 times. Arrange as you like, rotating or mirroring as desired.
Apply drop shadow on each layer
Open picnic Bow. Adjust, Hue and Saturation,
Colorize Saturation 85 Resize by 50 percent then by 80 percent 3 times. Copy, paste as a new layer to top of tree trunk. Drop Shadow. Keep resized bow on canvas.
Open love flower 1 and love flower 2. Duplicate each 2 times and close out the original. Resize by 50 percent twice Copy paste one flower as a new layer to side of frame (see my tag) Copy, paste the other three the same way. Drop shadow to each layer. Arrange as in my tag
Back to picnic bow, Resize 80 percent 2 more times. Copy, paste as a new layer. Image, Rotate, Free Rotate left by 15 for the first bow and right by 15 for the second bow. Drop shadow on each.
Open grid paper. Resize to 224 X 333 pixels. Set foreground to white and background to color of choice. With the text tool and font Copperplate gothic bold, stroke 1 and size 24, write the words Hot Sexy Babes Adjust to right upper side of paper as shown. Layers merge, merge visible. Drop shadow. Image Rotate, Free Rotate, Left by 15. Copy, paste as a new layer. Drag below layers as needed.
Resize 2 buttons, copy, paste to left top grid paper. Drop Shadow.
Selections, Merge, Merge visible. Image, Resize to 560 X 400 pixels
Using the same colors and font at a larger size add name to tag
Add copyright and licensing information
Layers, Merge, Merge All
File, export as a jpg.
