FOOTBALL BABE

 

This tutorial was written for those who

have a working knowledge of PSP

 

Supplies needed:

 

PSP 12 (any version will work)

Tube of choice.  I am using the fantastic artwork of

Michael Landefeld.  You can purchase his work at CILM Creative Image Licensing and Management

Mask 231 by weescottlass HERE

Free scrap kit “Innocent Blue” from “Sanie” at

Creations by Sanie.  You can download it HERE 

While you're there (for future use) download Bea and Lysira's contribution to this collaborative kit

Font of choice (I used Bodoni)

Filter Needed:  Xero - Porcelain

 

No supplies Needed

 

Open tube and mask and minimize them for now.  Open scrap kit.

 

Open a transparent image 600 x 600 pixels and flood fill with white

 

Choose a light colored paper from your kit (I used paper 6), copy and paste as a new layer

  

Layers, new mask layer from image, find the wsl 231 mask and apply.  Layer, delete, yes to the question. And merge group

 

Open round frame from the scrap kit, copy and paste as a new image.  Resize to 450 X 450 pixels. 

Adjust, sharpen, sharpen.    Apply a drop shadow.  I used 3,3,40,3.  Move to upper right as shown

 

Select inside frame with magic wand.  Selections, Modify, expand by 2.  Open paper from kit (I used paper 4)  Copy, paste as a new layer.  Selections, invert, select none.  Drag this layer beneath frame layer

 

Select inside frame with magic wand again.  Copy and Paste close up face tube as a new layer, selections,

invert, delete.  Effects - Xero - Porcelain at 50, 128, 128, 0, 0 255

 

Open your tube, resize and mirror if necessary.  Place on tag.  See my tag for placement.  Drop Shadow same settings as before.

 

Open ribbon 1, copy and paste as a new layer.  Resize by 80 percent.  Place as shown.  Drop shadow as before

 

Image Resize all layers to 500 x 500 pixels or size of choice

 

Add name as shown using Bodoni font at 72.  Drop shadow as before

 

Add copyright layer.

 

Delete bottom white layer.  Layers, merge visible. 

 

Save tag as a png.
