FOREVER FRIENDS
This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed:
PSP 12 (any version will work) Tube of choice. I am using the fantastic artwork of Suzanne Wollcott. You can purchase her work at Here Mask 44 by Zuzzanna. Download Here Scrap kit “Feeling True” by Kaylek at Designing-Moments. You can download it Here Please also be sure to visit Kaylek's blog Here Font of choice (I used Kosal says hy - included)

Open tube and mask and minimize them for now. Open scrap kit.
Open a transparent image 700 x 500 pixels and flood fill with white
Choose a paper from your kit (I used paper 9), resize to 700 X 700 pixels, copy and paste as a new layer
Layers, new mask layer from image, find the Zuzzanna Mask 44 and apply (invert not checked). Layer, delete, yes to the question. And merge group
With selection set at rectangle carefully select the white rectangle at the center of the mask on your canvas
Choose another paper from your scrap kit (I used paper 13), resize, copy and paste as a new layer Selections, Invert, Hit Delete on keyboard
Open ribbon wrap. Colorize and resize if needed. Copy, paste as a new layer. Effects, Drop Shadow at these settings
Vertical 0 Horizontal 0 Opacity 35 Blur 7 Color Black
Open bird of choice. Colorize if desired. Resize. Copy, Paste as a new layer. Drop shadow as before
Layer Duplicate. Arrange birds on each end of ribbon wrap as shown
Copy, Paste main tube. Apply Drop Shadow 2 times.
Open flower, resize, copy, paste as shown.
Open note paper of choice. Resize. Copy, Paste as new layer. Drag below ribbon wrap layer
Choose foreground and background colors for text (I used #ca6991for foreground and #000000 for background) Type text as shown or word art of choice.
Resize to buttons and place in top left corner of note paper.
Layers, merge visible. Resize to 580 X 415 pixels
Add copyright layer and license information
Add name. Save tag as a jpg.
That's it! We're done.
