This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro, meaning a basic knowledge of where the tools and palettes are located and how to use them with direction. It is meant to be used as a guide and changes can be made by you as desired.

To do this tutorial you will also need Paint Shop Pro. I wrote this with Paint Shop Pro IX, but the steps can be done in any version. You may download a free trial at Corel.  This is an easy to make tag using papers made by me
and one element from JDD Designs.  Thank you Joanne!

Remember to save as a psp file often!

You will need:

One tube of  choice.  I am using a fun , fantastic St Patrick's Day tube from Keith Garvey. 
You need a license to use his work and you can get it and purchase the tubes at MPT Here

Bow of choice

Open template and mask.  Open papers and element and minimize.  Minimize mask for now and
duplicate template and close out the original, and working on the copy,  image, resize, canvas resize to 600 X 600

Close out watermark

In layer palette convert  background to raster.

Open a new Raster Layer

In the foreground of the layer palette change to pattern.  Find drinkgarvplaid1 and with Angle 0,
Scale 100, click ok to load plaid pattern to foreground and flood fill the new raster layer

Layers, new mask layer from image, find mask WSL_137 in the dropdown and apply,
Source Luminance Selected, Invert Mask Data not checked 
Layer, delete, yes to the question and apply. Delete Mask Layer, merge group
With the move tool move the mask to the right lower. 

Duplicate mask layer.  Image, Mirror, Image, Flip, move to left top as shown

Select rectangle with magic wand, With pattern selected on  foreground find
drinkgarvplaid2 and flood fill the rectangle with the pattern

Select square with magic wand, With pattern selected on  foreground find
drinkgarvplaid3 and flood fill the square with the pattern

Select Clover with magic wand.  Open Glitter Tile 09 from download file,  With pattern selected
on  foreground load the glitter file and flood fill the clover with the pattern

Select frame bigger rec, Flood fill with color #8aeb44

Select bigger rectangle, Flood fill with color  #f5e58d

Select frame bigger rec, Flood fill with color #8aeb44

Select smaller rectangle, Flood fill with color #2e4f0a

With the magic wand select all of the small clovers, Flood fill with color #8aeb44

Copy and paste main tube as a new layer.  Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow at 5, 5, 50, 5 black

Open JDDStPatricksDayBannerSample.  Resize by 80 percent four times.  Copy, paste as a new layer.
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate left by 8.00.  Move over small rectangle

Add small bow if desired

Select each letter of the word green with the magic wand.  Flood Fill with color #8aeb44.  Do not Deselect

Selections, Modify, Expand by 1.  Add a new layer below the word green, fill with black

Paint the words Drink Until you're with white.  Effects, Drop Shadow, 2,2,80,2
