This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro. It was written by me on December 7, 2008 and comes from my own creativity. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work) Tube of choice. I am using the fantastic artwork of Eugene Rzhevskii. You can purchase his work at MPT here Tag Template 56 by Denz Designz http://denzdesignz.blogspot.com (included in supplies) Mask: Monti's Blinds Mask. Get it here snowflake, glitter, my word art (supplied) Outside Filters: xero Porcelain and Photo Effex Scanlines Both filters can be found here

Open mask and template in Paint Shop Pro. Minimize mask
X-out credit layer on template.
Select Raster 1, flood fill with white
New Raster Layer, flood fill with color #f8c1d4
Layers, new mask layer from image, find the Monti's Blinds Mask and apply. Layer, delete, yes to the question. And merge group
Select Shape Dark. Flood fill with color #870404
Select Shape White. Flood fill with color #f8c1d4. Effects, Plugins, Photo Effex, Scanlines
Select Shape Top. Flood fill with color #870404
Select Square Dark Grey. Flood fill with color #870404
Select Square white. Flood fill with color #f8c1d4. Effects, Plugins, Photo Effex, Scanlines as above
Select Happiness Word Art. With magic wand set on Add, click inside each letter to select. Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow
Keep Letters Selected. Duplicate this layer twice (3 layers in all)
Open Animation Shop. Open rose glitter. Note there are three frames. Edit, Select All, File, Save Frames as, and save in a place you'll remember
Back in Paint Shop Pro File, Open, Browse to where you saved your frames, Copy all three and paste to PSP.
Select the bottom layer of the happiness word art. In materials palette choose patterns. Click on the pattern shown to bring up the Material Properties box, browse to find the rose glitter. Select the first layer, flood fill with glitter.
Select the next layer of the happiness word art, browse to rose glitter and choose the second glitter. Flood fill with glitter
Select the third layer of the happiness word art, browse to rose glitter and choose the third glitter. Flood fill with glitter
Copy, paste word art as a new layer. I have supplied my word art or you may use the one that came with the template.
Open heart right. Select the small inner heart
with magic wand, Flood fill with color #870404.
Open Animation Shop. Open silver glitter. Note there are three frames. Edit, Select All, File, Save Frames as, and save in a place you'll remember
Back in Paint Shop Pro File, Open, Browse to where you saved your frames, Copy all three and paste to PSP.
With main heart still selected, Selections, Modify, Expand by 3. Duplicate 3 times.
Select the first duplicate frame and Flood fill with first silver glitter
Select the second duplicate frame and Flood fill with second silver glitter
Select the third duplicate frame and Flood fill with third silver glitter
Select the main heart layer and drag to top of the 3 glitter heart layers. You will see your heart with an edge of glitter around it.
Do the same thing for left heart.
X out all the layers on the layer palette except Shape Top. Select with magic wand. Copy head shot of main tube and paste as a new layer. (see my tag for placement). Selections, Invert, Selections, Float, Selections, Defloat, Use your eraser tool to erase all the selected area at the bottom of the tube. Do not erase the top. Selections, Select None
Effects, Plugins, Xero, Porcelain
Select bra, copy, paste as a new layer.
Copy main tube, paste as a new layer. Image,
Mirror. Select square white with magic wand.
Effects, Plugins, Xero, Porcelain with same settings as above.
Open snowflake, Copy, Paste as a new layer on white square. Snowflake, Resize, Resize by 50 percent. Copy, Paste as a new layer to left heart. Repeat for right heart
Image Resize all layers to 500 x 500 pixels or size of choice
Add copyright layer.
ANIMATION
On the layer palette X out copy 2 and 3 of the left duplicated heart layers, X out copy 2 and 3 of the right duplicated heart layers and X out the second and third layers of the happiness word art. Edit, Copy Merged. In Animation Shop, Edit, Copy, Paste as a New Animation
Back to Paint Shop, on the layer palette X out copy 1 and 3 of the left duplicated heart layers and remove the X from Layer 2 , X out copy 1 and 3 of the right duplicated heart layers and remove the X from Layer 2 and X out the first and third layers of the happiness word art and remove the X from Layer 2 Edit, Copy Merged. In Animation Shop, Edit, Copy, Paste after current frame.
Back to Paint Shop, on the layer palette X out copy 1 and 2 of the left duplicated heart layers and remove the X from Layer 3 , X out copy 1 and 2 of the right duplicated heart layers and remove the X from Layer 3 and X out the first and second layers of the happiness word art and remove the X from Layer 3 Edit, Copy Merged. In Animation Shop, Edit, Copy, Paste after current frame.
View Animation
Save tag as a gif animation file.
