Happy St Patrick's Day
 

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on February 23, 2010 and comes from my own creativity.  It is meant to be
used as a guide and you may want to make make changes to it as you wish to make a tag
that is uniquely yours.  I retain the copyright to the tutorial but any tag you make is your own,
and you can do with it as you wish.   Any resemblance to another tutorial is a coincidence and
certainly unintended

You'll need:

PSP 9 (any version will work)
 
FTU Scrap Kit "Feeling Lucky " by Ellanoir Here

Mask of Choice (mine is WSL_Mask84 by Wee Scot Lass Here

Font of Choice

Word art by me (supplied if desired) - optional  here

Okay, let's get started

1.  Open font and mask and minimize for now. 

2.  Open element 54.  Shift D to duplicate and close out the original.  Resize by 25%.  Adjust sharpness, sharpen.
We will resize again later.  Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow horizontal and vertical 5, opacity 40, Blur 5.  This
same drop shadow will apply throughout unless specified otherwise.

3.  In the layer palette add a new raster layer and drag it to the bottom.  Flood fill with white.

4.  Open paper 7, resize by 25%, and with the bottom layer selected, copy and paste as a new layer 
  
5.  Layers, new mask layer from image, find your mask in the dropdown and apply,
Source Luminance Selected, Invert Mask Data not checked 
Layer, delete, yes to the question and apply. Delete Mask Layer, merge group

6.  Open element 35.  Resize by 15 percent.  Adjust sharpness, sharpen.  Copy and paste as a new
layer to the left side as shown.  Drag below layer 1.

7.  Open element 36.  Resize by 15 percent.  Adjust sharpness, sharpen.  Copy and paste as a new
layer to the right side as shown.

8.  Open element 12.  Resize by 15 percent,  Copy and paste to right lower to line up with
left grass and shamrocks

9.  Open element 18.  Resize by 15 percent.  Image mirror, copy and paste to lower right front (see mine)

10.  Open element 16.  Resize by 15 percent.  Copy and paste to left side.  Drag below layer 3.

11.  Open element 48.  Resize by 15 percent.  Copy and paste as a new layer on right side.  Repeat on left side.

12.  Add name with font of choice

13.  Resize tag to 600 X 433 pixels

14.  Open word art, copy, paste as a new layer.  (or if desired do your own message)

15.  Add scrap makers credit to tag

16.  Hide the bottom white layer, layers, merge visible, save as a png image
