Sweet India 'Toon
This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed:
PSP 12 (any version will work) Tube of choice. I am using the fantastic artwork of Keith Garvey. You can purchase the tube I used and other work by him at MPT here Free to use scrap kit “Temptress” from Diane at Candy's Designs . You can download it here Heart Danglie by Serenity Dezynes BLOG HERE (supplied) Silver animation if desired (supplied) Font of choice (I used Beurre - a pay font I can't supply)

Open tube and minimize for now. Open scrap kit.
Open a new transparent image 625 x 625 pixels
Copy and paste Frame 1 from the scrap elements folder as a new image
Resize, copy, paste chosen flowers to left lower side of frame. Copy, paste each flower as a new layer. (I used 3 flowers and 2 silver flowers. X out the background layer 1 and the frame layer, merge the flower layers visible.
Duplicate the flower layer, Image, Flip, Image Mirror
Apply a light drop shadow on both flower layers. I used 0,0,35,7
Open tube, copy, paste as a new layer. Drag below copy of layer 4. Drop shadow as before
X out Raster 4. Copy heart danglie and paste as a new layer to center area of flower merge (see my tag) Duplicate this layer. Select first heart layer, Image Rotate, Free Rotate, Rotate R by 12 Select second heart layer, Image Rotate, Free Rotate, Rotate L by 12 Cut off links if too long using freehand selection tube. Line up left and right top links Un X flower layer.
Image, Resize, resize to 500 X 500 pixels or size of choice
Add copyright and licensing information
Add name using dark red for foreground, stroke one, and a shade of silver matching flowers for background.
ANIMATION
Open animation shop
Remove the X's on all layers, then X out the
duplicate of Raster 4,
Remove X from duplicate layer, and X out original heart layer, Edit Copy, and in animation shop. Edit, paste after current frame
In animation shop Edit, Select All, Animation, Frame Properties, Set to 60
Now to add sparkles
Open silver sparkle
Click on silver sparkle, Edit, Select All, Edit copy
Click on tag. Edit, Select all, Edit, Paste into selected frame
Add as many of these sparkles as you would like
File, save as an animated gif
That's it! You’re done!
