This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP

SUPPLIES needed:

PSP 12 (any version will work)

2 or 3 tubes of choice by same artist.  I used KennyK tubes from his gorgeous KrashKittenz Collection.  Do not
use the same tube without purchasing it and having a license to use it.  Get them at Artistic Minds Inc (AMI) HERE

Mask B Circle Gradient (included in supplies) 

My double circle template (supplied)

Scrap Kit "Springbreeze" by Clarey.  This is an exclusive paid kit which
you can purchase HERE

My word art (supplied)

Font of choice. I used 52 Letters (supplied)

Okay then, let's begin

Open my double circle template from supplies.  Open mask and minimize for now. Open
the tubes you will be using and a plain and patterned paper from the scrap kit.  (I used
blue and blue gingham)

Open a new transparent image 600 pixels X 600 pixels.  Flood fill with white.  Copy, paste
plain scrap paper as a new layer.

Layers, New Mask layer, From Image, choose B Circle Gradient mask from the drop down and apply.
In the layer palette, R click on mask and delete.  Layers, merge group.

Copy, paste my circles template as a new layer.  Move toward top of canvas.  Click inside
template with magic wand to select.  Selections, Modify, expand by 2.  Copy, paste patterned
paper as a new layer, Selections, Invert, hit delete on keyboard.  Deselect.  Effects, 3D effects,
Drop Shadow 0,0, 10,40

With frame layer selected click inside first circle to select.  Selections, Modify, expand by 2. 
Copy, paste first tube as a new layer, Selections, Invert, hit delete on keyboard.  Deselect. 
Effects, 3D effects, Drop Shadow 0,0, 10,40.  Repeat with second tube in second circle.

Copy, paste next tube as a new layer.  Resize as needed.  Drop shadow as before.

Copy, paste word art provided in materials.  See my tag for placement

Resize, copy, paste any flowers, bows, or other embellishments desired from scrap kit.  Drop shadow as before.

In materials palette set foreground color to white and background color to color matching background..  Add text as shown

Image Resize to 500 pixels X 500 pixels

Add tube copyright

Save tag as a jpg and you're done.
