This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP

SUPPLIES needed:

PSP 12 (any version will work)

2 tubes of choice by same artist.  I used two KennyK tubes from his gorgeous KrashKittenz Collection.  Do not
use the same tube without purchasing them, and a license to use them,  at Artistic Minds Inc (AMI) HERE

Mask by Monti montiblindmask (included in supplies)

Free to use Scrap Kit Over the Rainbow by Christon.  You can
download it at Scrapz by Christon

Font of choice (I used Times New Roman, supplied with Windows

This is a quick and easy tutorial.

Supplies:  HERE
 

Open mask and tubes.  Minimize for now.

Open a new transparent image 600 pixels X 600 pixels.  Flood fill with white.  Copy, paste
solid scrap paper of choice as a new layer.

Layers, New Mask layer, From Image, choose B Montiblindmask mask from the drop down and apply.
In the layer palette, R click on mask and delete.  Layers, merge group.

Open ribbon wrapped frame from scrap kit.  Copy, paste as a new layer.  Image, rotate, free rotate, Left, 15
Copy, paste frame as a new layer again.  Arrange as shown in my tag.

X out all but 2 frame layers, Layers, Merge, Merge Visible.

With frame layer selected click inside first rectangle to select.  Selections, Modify, expand by 2. 
Copy, paste first tube as a new layer, Selections, Invert, carefully erase parts not wanted on your tag. 
Deselect.  Effects, 3D effects, Drop Shadow 0,0, 10,40.  Repeat with second tube in second frame.

Resize, copy, paste any flowers, bows, or other embellishments desired from scrap kit.  Drop shadow as before.

In materials palette set foreground color background color to colors matching tubes.  Add text as shown

Image Resize to 500 pixels X 500 pixels

Add tube copyright

Save tag as a jpg and you're done.
