Bad Girls Do it Best

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on January 3, 2010 and comes from my own creativity.  It is meant to be
used as a guide and you may make make changes to it as you desire to make a tag
that is uniquely yours.  I retain the copyright to the tutorial but any tag you make is your own,
and you can do with it as you wish.   Any resemblance to another tutorial is a coincidence and
certainly unintended

PSP 9 (any version will work)

Okay, let's get started

Open my shaped template.  Images, Canvas Size, 600 X 600 pixels as shown
 

Make a new layer, flood fill with white.  Drag to bottom of layer palette.

Copy paper 3 and paste as a new layer above white background layer

Layers, new mask layer from image, find WSL_Mask139 in the dropdown
 and apply, Source Luminance Selected, Invert Mask Data not checked 
Layer, delete, yes to the question and apply. Delete Mask Layer, merge group.

Open paper #1.  Select Raster 1 (the grey layer of template) with magic wand,
Selections, modify, expand by 1, copy paper 1, paste as a new layer.  Selections, Invert, Delete.  Hide all layers except
grey template layer and paper 1,  layer then merge visible these 2 layers.

Open paper #2. Select Raster 2 (the black layer of template) with magic wand,
Selections, modify, expand by 1, copy paper 2, paste as a new layer.  Selections, Invert, Delete.  Hide all layers except
black template layer and paper 2,  layer then merge visible these 2 layers.

With Raster 4 highlighted in layer palette and working in PSP, click anywhere in the outer transparent area with
the magic wand.  This will result in marching ants around raster 4.  Selections, Invert, Selections, Float, Selections, Defloat.

Copy close up tube, paste as a new layer.  Move into desired position with the move tool.  Selections, Invert, Selections,
Float, Selections, Defloat.  With the eraser tool erase all the selected excess tube at the bottom.  Select None
Effects, Plugins, Xero, Porcelain at default settings.  Okay

Copy standing tube and place at right side of larger tube

Open heart accent, resize by 50 percent.  Adjust Sharpness, sharpen.  Copy, paste to left side (see mine)

To do word art at the bottom - with Copperplate Gothic Bold, Stroke 1 color white, fill #f37473 vector
type the words Bad Girls then use the vector handles to pull it out to each side as desired.  With black stroke and fill,
and Kingthings Wrote font at stroke width 1 and size 30 write 'Do it Best'   rotate to left a small amount till it looks like
mine.  Layer, convert to raster

Erase carefully where shoes and word art meet to make it look like the words are wrapped around the shoes

Add a slight drop shadow to each layer if desired like this.  Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Vertical 0, Horizontal 0,
Opacity 40, Blur 10.

Add name if desired

Add copyright layer

And we're done.  Hope you enjoyed it
