This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on October 8, 2009 and comes from my own creativity.  It is meant to be
simply a guide and you are free to make changes, add to it, or subtract from it to make a tag
that is uniquely yours.  While I retain the copyright to the tutorial, any tag you make is your own.
Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence.

Supplies needed:

PSP 9 (any version will work)
 2 tubes featuring breasts by Steve Baier at Up Your Arts.  You need to purchase the tubes
at UYA HERE and have a license to use them.
BD-BCA 2009 Scrap Kit by Bluey at Bluedreamdesigns Here
 WSL_Mask17 from Chelle at Wee Scott Lass  Here
My template (supplied)
Awareness Ribbon of Choice.  The one I used is in the free kit Thinking Pink
by Lacarolita Here
Fonts desired (I used Impact and Forte)
Doodle of Choice

Open template.  Duplicate and delete the original

Select Layer 1 in the layer palette.  Flood Fill with color #ffffff white

 Copy paper of choice, paste as a new layer

Layers, new mask layer from image, find WSL_17 in the dropdown and apply,
Source Luminance Selected, Invert Mask Data not checked  Layer, delete, yes to the question and apply.

Select Raster 2 in the layer palette with magic wand tool.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 2, copy paper 9, paste
as a new layer, selections invert, hit delete.  Deselect. 
Repeat on Raster 3 and Copy of Raster 2.  Both rectangles and oval are papered

Select Raster 5 in the layer palette with magic wand tool.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 1,
 copy, paste paper of choice as a new layer.  Selections, Invert,
  Delete.  Deselect 

Select Raster 6 in the layer palette with magic wand tool.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 1,
copy same paper as for last frame,, paste as a new layer.  Selections, Invert,
  Delete.  Deselect 

Select Raster 4 in the layer palette with magic wand tool.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 1,
copy, paste same paper as a new layer.  Selections, Invert,
  Delete.  Deselect 

Select Raster 3 to select the oval, copy, paste main tube, move above next layer in the layer
palette, move tube to position desired, selections, invert, hit delete

Add tubes to each small rectangle in the same way

Image, canvas size, 650 X 650, evenly spaced

Add doodles of choice,  Flood fill with color #e43c77

Add hope ribbon and any other accents desired

Add name or message as shown

Apply a light drop shadow of 0,0,40,8, black to each layer

Resize to 500 X 500 pixels

Add copyright information

Save as a jpg image.

That's it!  You're Done
