Snow Lady and the Princess

This tutorial was written for those who
have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on December 2, 2008 and comes from my own creativity.
Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence

Make a circle  frame using preset shapes, ellipse, foreground white, background null, line width 24, coordinates 30x,30y, then 290x and 290y.  Convert to raster layer  If you haven't used coordinates before they are easy.  Here's how.  Move your freehand selection tool or preset shapes tool (or required tool) slowly back and forth and up and down your image without clicking it.  If you look in the bottom right hand corner of your PSP program you will see a set of numbers changing as you move your tool around.  Those numbers are coordinates.  Line up your preset selection tool at the first set of coordinates then drag down and to the right till you find your second set of coordinates.  Convert to Raster.  Duplicate layer, Image Flip, Duplicate Layer, Image Mirror, then Image Flip

Change preset shapes to rectangle and draw out a square frame using these coordinates
150,150 and 450,450

Open the word art SNOW.  With the selection tool select a small rectangle of the pink/yellow/green plaid.  Save it as you will need it later and set aside.

Click on frame section of any circle with magic wand.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 1, set materials palette to patterns and find the pattern just made, flood fill frame.  Repeat for other 2 circles and square frames.  On each of the 4 frames Effects, 3D Effects, Drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 5

Resize bow of choice to 92 X 70 pixels.  Copy, paste one to the left side of square frame, and second bow as a new layer like a bow tie below the snowman head in word art SNOW.  Drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 5 to each layer.
