This tutorial was written for those who
have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on December 2, 2008 and comes from my own creativity.
Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence

 
Supplies needed:

PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice.  I am using the gojuss artwork ofSuzanne Woolcott.  You can purchase her work here
Gorgeous PTU scrap kit “Sally Snow and the Snow Princess” by Alane at
Inspired to Dream Scraps.  You can purchase it here
Mask Monti's BlindsMask here
Fonts of choice (I used Kawoszeh - available here for the name and a paid font for the word art)
 

Supplies:  No outside supplies needed for this tutorial

Open mask and minimize for now

Open a new image 500 pixels wide by 500 pixels high.  Flood fill with white.

Copy paper 18 from the kit, paste as a new layer

Layers, new mask layer from image, find Blind Mask by Monti and apply. 
Layer, delete, yes to the question.  Merge group. 

Adjust, Blue, Gaussian Blur, 29.70

Open frame 2 from the kit.  Resize to 350 X 350 pixels.  Copy, Paste as a new layer.
Layers duplicate.  With lower frame selected, Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, left 18.
Align the two frames at top and bottom (see mine)

Click in bottom frame layer to select.  Selections, modify, expand by 2,
copy paper 07  from the kit, selection invert, hit del on keyboard.  Select none.
drag below frame layer.

Click in top frame layer to select.  Selections, modify, expand by 2,
copy paper 01  from the kit, selection invert, hit del on keyboard.  Select none.
drag below frame layer.

Resize ribbon wrap to 600 X 600 pixels.  Copy, paste as a new layer, 
Image, Rotate, Free Rotate, left 18.  Align on right size and trim any excess from the left side

Open main tube, copy, paste a a new layer.  Resize by 90 percent. 
Drop Shadow 5, 5, 50, 5

Resize heart to 70 X 69 pixels. Copy, paste one heart as a new layer to left side of frame. 
  Paste a second heart to the right top of the frame, and a third to the bottom right. 
  Drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 5 to each layer

Resize bow of choice to 184 X 140 pixels.  Copy, paste left top.  (see my tag for placement)
Drop Shadow 5, 5, 50, 5

Resize snowflake of choice to 127 X 146 pixels.  Add a new layer.  Copy, paste as a new selection. 
Repeat 3 more times placing where desired   Drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 5

With font of choice and white foreground and background add the text "Sweet Christmas Angel"

Add copyright layer

Layers, Merge, Merge Visible, save as a psp image

Add name using a color to match your tube.

File, export as a jpg.

And you're done!
