Vintage Beauty

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
It was written by me on July 25, 2009 and comes from my own creativity.  It is meant to be
simply a guide and you are free to make changes, add to it or subtract from it to make a tag
that is uniquely yours.  While I retain the copyright to the tutorial, any tag you make is your own,
and you can do with it as you wish.  Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence

Supplies needed:

PSP 9 (any version will work)
Gorgeous Tube by Jennifer Jansko.  Purhase this tube and a license to use it at CILM
Vintage Scrap Kit by Scrappers Emporium
Mask of Choice or the one I used - Braided Star Mask by Sandie at Artwork by Essex Girl Here

In the materials palette set the stroke color to #bfac8c and the fill color to NULL

Click preset shapes and find ellipse.  Preferences as follows

Draw out ellipse outline as follows.

To make your circle exactly the same size as mine we'll use coordinates.
If you are not familiar with using coordinates they are not difficult at all.  Here's how.
Move your preset shape tool (or required tool) slowly back and forth and up and down on
your canvas without clicking it.  If you look in the bottom right hand corner of your PSP program
you will see a set of numbers changing as you move your tool around.  Those numbers are coordinates. (see above)
Line up your preset selection tool at the first set of coordinates given in the directions, then click then drag down and to the right till you find your second set of coordinates.  Release to finish.

Set your circle preset beginning at coordinates (50, 50) drag down and to the right to (500, 500).
