This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro. It was written by me on December 7, 2008 and comes from my own creativity. Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work) Tube of choice. I am using the fantastic artwork of Barbara Jensen. You can purchase her work here Scrap Kit Elisabeth 148 here (included in supplies) Mask: Monti's Blinds Mask 1. Get it here

Open mask and minimize
Open a new image 600 X 600
With background color white and fill null, width 16, Preset Shapes, Ellipse, Draw out an ellipse with coordinates 50, 50, and 550, 550 Convert to raster layer. If you haven't used coordinates before they are easy. Here's how. Move your preset shape tool (or required tool) slowly back and forth and up and down your image without clicking it. If you look in the bottom right hand corner of your PSP program you will see a set of numbers changing as you move your tool around. Those numbers are coordinates. Line up your preset selection tool at the first set of coordinates and click then drag down and to the right till you find your second set of coordinates. Click to finish
Select inside the circle and flood fill with #b20000
Copy Layer 8 Frame and paste as a new layer.
Select inside the frame, selections, modify, expand by 6, copy Layer 001 Paper, and paste as a new layer. Drag paper layer below frame layer.
Select inside frame again, copy main tube and paste
in center as a new layer (see mine).
Apply light drop shadow to each layer as below
Select inside outer red layer. Copy candy Ribbon of choice and paste as a new layer above background fill. Push up toward top. Selections, Invert, Delete.
Layer, Duplicate, Image, Flip
Select Raster 1, flood fill with white
Image, Resize, Resize all layers to 500 X 500 pixels
Copy Layer 005 Paper, and paste as a new layer.
Layers, new mask layer from image, find the Monti's Blinds Mask 1 and apply. Layer, delete, yes to the question. And merge group. Move toward upper left of image. Duplicate. Image Mirror, Image, Flip. Move in place at right lower
Open 2 decoration balls of choice. Resize each one by 80 percent twice. Copy the first one and paste as a new layer, Image, Rotate, free rotate, left 12. Copy, paste the second ball as a new layer, Image, Rotate, free rotate, right 12. Line up links on right frame.
