This tutorial was written for those who

have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.

It was written by me on December 12, 2008 and comes from my own creativity.

Any resemblance to another tutorial is purely coincidence

Supplies needed:

PSP X2 (any version will work)

Tube of choice.  I am using the fantastic artwork of

Pinuptoons.  You can purchase his work at CILM here

Scrap Kit Winterlicious by Missy at Misfit's Scraps.  Download here

Tag Template 26 by Nicole at http://jbs2designs.blogspot.com (included in supplies)

Mask:  My Gaussian Blur round Mask  (included in supplies)

Supplies:  Here

Open mask and template in Paint Shop Pro. Minimize mask

X-out credit layer on template.

Duplicate template and close out the original.  Image, Canvas Size, 500 X 500 pixels

Click on circle, add a new layer, drag below circle layer

Select Raster 1, flood fill with white

Copy paper 14 from the kit, paste as a new layer.  Effects, Texture Effects, Weave as follows

Layers, new mask layer from image, find my blur Mask and apply.  Layer, delete, yes to the question. And merge group

X out all layers except circle.  Select Circle with magic wand.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 1,

Copy Paper 9 from the kit, Paste as a new Layer.  Selections, Invert, hit del on keyboard.
Merge visible circle layers, and X out.

Un X the circle frame, select with magic wand, selections, expand by 1, flood fill with white and X out layer

Un X the scrap shape, select shape with the magic wand,  Selections, Modify, Expand by 1,

Copy Paper 6 from the kit, Paste as a new Layer.  Selections, Invert, hit del on keyboard.
Merge visible shape layers, and X out.

Un X the square, select with the magic wand,  Selections, Modify, Expand by 1,

Copy Paper 1 from the kit, Paste as a new Layer.  Selections, Invert, hit del on keyboard.
Merge visible square layers, and X out.

Un X square frame,  Select with magic wand.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 1, flood fill with white

Un X the ribbons.   Select with magic wand.  Selections, Modify, Expand by 1, flood fill with white

Remove a X's except for copyright layer.

Copy main tube and paste as a new layer

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow on each layer as follows

Add copyright layer. 

Add name using white stroke width 2 and matching fill.

X out Raster 1

Save tag as a png file.
